dispensers can place concrete powder

the concrete converter machines where you auto click concrete placing and it pushes it into tnt duper is how they work but since that is a late game device i think it would not be too overpowered to have it be automatic. this could also open up really really cool redstone contraptions and flying machines that can automatically build walls and stuff. i have put a lot of thought into this idea and its not like most things where there is a new block that can place blocks. so i think this could still be considered minecrafty
