Allow Dripstone to be traded with Villagers

We should be able to trade Dripstone with Villagers. Dripstone already has so few uses. You can grow Pointed Dripstone, generate infinite water, and generate infinite lava. It’s not a super pretty block, so it should have more uses in my opinion, and I’d like to be able to trade Dripstone with Villagers.
