Larger walled Villages "Cities"

Bigger more established walled off towns with guards that will help fight raids catacombs/sewers that spawn below, cobble roads, nicer buildings, and shops. Chances of a "City" spawning would be more rare than a village one in like every 10 villages have a chance of being a "City"

    Considering the population of most villages is rather low and what historical population geography data seem to indicate, 1 in 20-30 villages should have a chance of being a city as that would make more sense. There should also be villages with sizes in between or in other words towns.

    Yes and the Villagers would trade better and there would be more chests. There would be multiple golems
