[Bedrock Parity] waterloggable barriers

On bedrock edition there are many more available waterloggable blocks, and one of these is the barrier. This is a very helpful feature for map making, as it allows the border of the playable area to cut through water, and also can be used for waterfalls which the player is not able to climb. On java, placing a wall of barriers through water creates an ugly space of air where the barriers are, which is infuriating for anyone that wants to have an ocean as the border to their map's playable area, but doesn't want the hard border to be visible.

    Yes. I would also use it to border fish tanks that hold big creatures, like the elder guardian, as it would keep them from passing through, while also avoiding a weird air gap.
