Make it possible to change the narrator keybind

Currently we are stuck with Ctrl + B as a keybind that activates the narrator. It is impossible to change the keybind. It has been issue since narrator was added. The reason i am posting about it now is beccause i came back to minecraft and changed my inventory to B, the issue is that whenever i sprint and open inventory it activates the narrator.
