Allow people to use Java accounts after the migration

Some people have their email used for an active microsoft account being used by somebody else, And are using a different email. For some reason, It tells you that you dont own Minecraft. Please just let us use Java accounts!

    There really shouldn't be two different people using the same email without the other one knowing as emails can not overlap/be made twice. Its not how it works and if you have the "same" email as some one else you should really contact them and ask them to not use yours.
