Minotaur Boss for Overworld

Minecraft has the Ender dragon-(end boss), Wither-(nether boss), and now the Warden, which could be considered the overworld boss, but I don't think that makes much sense- the caves are so large now, they could be considered a completely different dimension from the overworld. It would be interesting to have a boss that actually roams the overworld, not the caves. Maybe a minotaur boss? A creeper boss would also do, but that has been done, and is not very creative- I think the boss should either be a giant chicken, minotaur, or something similar. I know it is kind of a silly idea, but since every other dimension has a boss, why not the overworld?
