Minecraft has gone through a lot of changes and additions, and it's no secret that the quality of recent updates is higher than the past. But this has caused a lot of old things to fall behind, the obvious example of this are the biomes, however what's less discussed are the old mobs. Zombies, skeletons, spiders, cows, pigs, sheep, and so on! Their behaviors and personality pale in comparison to the newer Piglins and Pandas for example, I suggest to remedy this by not only improving their AI but giving the mobs of Minecraft more unique behaviors and perhaps even "abilities" or funny quarks.
Making mobs feel more unique and alive would go a long way to make Minecraft as a whole feel more alive, a feature I particularly love about Piglins is the fact they'll dance after a successful Hoglin hunt. A tiny detail that most may not even see, but it profoundly enhances the Piglin personality. And something similar for all mobs to make them feel that much more special, would be amazing.
