Ice Zombie "Icebie"

I think I will want the Mob to be called The "Icebie",a Ice Zombie kinda similar to how Husks are Desert Zombies...It is not cute or passive,either,just so you know. Anyway,Icebies spawn in the same places Strays do & when it attacks you it gives you Slowness for maybe 5 seconds and it is a re-textured Zombie in a pallete color of Blue,White,& Light Blue. There are also Baby Icebies that spawn. Also has a spawn egg in Creative mode. Also on BE.
