Potion of Decay as rare loot in swamp/witch hut

At the moment there is no way to obtain this potion and in bedrock there are potions in caldrons at swamp huts.

The wiki states:

"in Bedrock Edition, the cauldron generates with a random potion inside of it in random amounts. There is a 25% chance for Healing or Poison, 15% for Swiftness, 10% for Slowness, Weakness, or Water Breathing, and 5% Fire Resistance."

I would suggest having a about 2.5% chance of finding a potion of Decay or moving fire resistance to 10% and having potion of Decay appearing with 5%.
