End generation improvement

After the Nether update and the first caves & cliffs update, i think that the End needs a round of improvements too. Adding something like groups of little islands at random heights, rare bigger islands with caves inside and maybe some mineable material, unusual broken bridges at the edges that used to connect the islands and uncommon ponds with remains of natural life.
