A 1st/3rd perspective toggle on IOS/Android devices

At the top of the screen, where the pause, chat, and emote GUI is located add a 1st/3rd back/3rd front view toggle button so that mobile players don’t have to wander around the settings menu just to change perspective. It would make life easier for a lot of people.
