Commands Quality and Circuits Update

This update would benefit the game in all ways from the casual player to the builder to the game itself. The commands portion should add commands that are for mini game making, world generation, player scoreboards and more. The Quality portion of the update should add fan favorite features to the game such as new combat, blocks, crafting and building mechanics, dimensions and graphics in minecraft like dynamic lighting. The circuits portion should include new redstone items like colored redstone lamps, new minecarts, new hydrolic tracks that go really fast, maybe some type of vehicle that would fit well within the world of minecraft and things to benefit map creators like extra extendable pistons and and rotating motors. All of this should be used to make redstone more accessible and easier to use and to make the quality of minecraft even better than it already is
