The Undying Knight (Stronghold Mob)

Aside from silver fish, strongholds don't pose that much of a challenge. This doesn't really make sense as it is the final area before the ender dragon and should feel more challenging and foreboding, so I propose a mob called The Undying Knight. These mobs would spawn in special rooms and before the end portal and would always be accompanied by a special block (the knights tile). They would look like medieval knights with iron swords and would spend most of the time standing still like statues, however stepping on a knights tile thats close to a Knight would cause it to become active and attack. They would have high attack and defence but walk slow and stiff. They would be immune to fire (including fire aspect) and projectiles but would sink rapidly in water, than drown.

    Love this idea. It is kind of like a trap. There should be some versions that don't attack you just to add more to it. 50 hearts of health and should do 4 hearts of damage regardles of armour making it fair for speedrunners who usually don't have much or any armour.
