1.18 Bedrock Experimental Problem

In the latest 1.18 snapshot/experimental version on Bedrock Edition the only way you can find large caves is underwater caves or to find dry caves you have to dig down you cannot find entrances on the surface.

    I have an issue with bedrock 1.18 experimental snapshot, I went into the nether then came out. Reloaded the world, and when I went in the nether, while chunks where missing and there where multiple levels of bedrock, one of which I spawned on and nearly died
