During Thunder storms mobs drop extra special loot.

If it's a thunderstorm it would be more reasonable if mobs drop extra special loot because you're risking yourself being outside of the Thunder.

    Mobs struck by lightning will already become more powerful (Charged creepers, skeleton jockies, etc.) which drop better loot.
