Optimized UI for Portrait Mode

I downloaded a means to force Bedrock for Android into portrait mode, as I feel it would suit the game better, however this makes the hotbar and most of the UI way too small and barely functional. I feel it would be reasonable to add portrait mode to the in-game options; and if not a way to resize the UI elements yourself, then at least a preset that gives the UI reasonable proportions.
