Bandit outposts, bandits, new items and new potion brewing

Bandit outposts will spawn in badlands biomes and will naturally spawn bandits. Bandits are a new type of illager and ride and horses. They either use crossbows for combat or they use dynamite ( a new item.) Dynamite is a projectile that explodes slightly less than tnt on impact. It can be crafted from 1 string and 1 tnt and this will give you 4 dynamite. Dynamite thrown by bandits will only explode in hard mode. But it will always explode if thrown by the player. Dynamite can also be combined with arrows to create exploding arrows which explode upon impact. Bandits will occasionally drop gold ingots or blocks. They may also drop a unique new enchanted book for a sword or a shield which adds explosive damage to the target. Dynamite may add a fourth type of potion if you use it to brew for example delayed. You throw and depending on the fuse you chose, it explodes after some amount of time.
