I would love to see this pig appear in the base game. It would spawn in giant spruce forests and swamps. If you use a buck with it you could get mud buck. If it goes into mud after the mud has first been removed it turns back into a muddy pig. It would also drop the flower on its head when sheared. And you can ride the pig.
