Wildfire, previously Hovering Inferno.

The Wildfire fights like the Shulker, they hide in their shields until they attack. The shields make them immune to projectiles and greatly resistant to melee attacks. The Wildfire has a cobblestone pattern on each of its shield, but they burst into magma blocks before attacking. It shoots 4 shockwaves of fire, 1 at a time, like the Blaze. For each flame burst used, one of their shields returns to cobblestone.

When it reaches half health it will burst into soul fire flames. In its soul fire form it will shoot 4 volleys of soul fireballs, spawning blazes whilst it recharges. Each volley will consist of 16-32 fireballs, depending on the difficulty. The soul fireballs will leave soul fire all around, regardless if it lands on soulsoil or not.

The Wildfire will be found deep underground, near fragmented portals in the Fiery Caverns biome (another post of mine). They are a force to be reckoned with, just like the Warden. Perhaps the plant-based Warden and fire-based Wildfire will often fight. Whether or not the Wildfire would need to be summoned or not is up to you. Maybe they just came through a portal and got trapped there, its unrelenting anger mutating its surroundings into something reminding them of home.

    It is a massive blaze with blaze-like shields around itself. It attacks using flaming shockwaves. It will not die or get hurt in water, rain, or snow. It has a chance of dropping a blaze rod, its shield, or its helmet. While wearing the helmet, one blaze will appear, and it will follow you around and attack for you similar to a wolf. This blaze will not drop anything and it will respawn when it dies. You can dye the color of this blaze and you can name it. The blaze will vanish if you take the helmet off. If a hovering inferno is nearby while you are wearing this helmet, the blaze will turn against you. The shield will deflect arrows and set it on fire.
