More generic scoreboard objectives

Hello,

For the scoreboard objectives it'd be nice to have some more generic scores for the following:
- blocks placed
- blocks broken

The only way to implement this yourself is to create a new objective for every single block and then have multiple repeating command block sum all the scores. This is not user-friendly at all, and while the fine control over specific blocks and items is nice, a more broad system would be very nice.

I wonder if bumping exists.

This is seriously something that I'm surprised doesn't exist yet. I know you could use something like /clone, but the ability to have a "on mine" event that activates for any block would be extremely powerful for developers.
