Redstone engineer (Basically redstone villager) and a timer block!

This idea is both for Java and bedrock, so my idea is that we should have a new type of villager called the Redstone engineer that would buy simple redstone stuff like redstone and redstone torches and sells stuff like observers, pistons, lamps, etc... 

Their workplace block could be a block called the Timer block, probably craft with a clock, Redstone dust and iron ingots (?) The Timer block could be used to slow down the deactivation of an output (button, Redstone torches, etc...) Meaning it's like a repeater, but instead of delaying, it will slow down the deactivation of the output.

(Idk if this is already a mechanic in Minecraft cause I'm really not that good in redstone so this is mainly about the Redstone villager so any kind of block could be their workplace block)

    I think they should trade emeralds for observers sticky pistons pistons etc.
