Illagers should wear Emerald Armour

Illagers, specifically Vindicators and Pillagers, should be able to spawn with Emerald Armour and weapons. It has a strength somewhere between Diamond and Netherite. They will never drop Emerald armour upon death and it remains uncraftable. I just thought it would be a nice easter egg and give the player a bit more of a challenge during raids.
