Prevent farmers from trampling crops

Farmers often jump off their composter right onto nearby farmland, ruining the crop. Without the ability to till dirt, the farmer can no longer plant crops in that space. Please change the farmer's pathfinding to avoid ruining crops.

Or better yet, just move the composter, or lower it so they stop falling off. (I spent a fair bit of time working on improving a plains village, and I noticed the same problem- anything adjacent to the composter gradually became trampled.) I'd suggest moving the composter instead of changing AI because, (firstly), it's easier, and (secondly), other mobs like Iron Golems also have a tendency to trample crops.
