Mob Varaints

I feel like the lack of variants of creatures are vey slim. There are tons of creatures that have just one variant. So I thought that every creature besides the wither and elder gaurdian should get a new variant or two maybe three. Two that I thought of were for the chicken and the bee for the chicken i think there should be a rooster. This mob crows and drops a rooster feather but also dances to attract the females. Last the bee the variant I thought of was the queen bee which all that I though of that it was a bigger bee. That is all that I thought of but a lot other mobs deserve new varaints some could even be from earth or dungeons
