Advanced Animal Models

I would love to see an update relative to updating the models for older animals? This is just something I have been curious about Mojang adding or contemplating for the future for a while. I think oftentimes with the newer, more advanced models (things like dolphins, mountain goats, and parrots) when compared to the older, less intricate models (sheep, pigs, bats) seem out of place and can break the immersion. It does not have to be necessary for everyone, and I think there could be an option to toggle it on and off if it is a complete split on opinions, but I just wanted to add my opinion onto the discussion around animals in Minecraft...
