command for comparing block data

the owner of a realm i moderate found 2-3 hacked kits in mountains. they are all the same kit, so with a simple command, we can ban all users spawning that kit. the kits have 32k items, and can instakill everything. please add a data command to bedrock, so then we can set up a command block that compares all items in chests near players and items on a player to one with the hacked items and ban all those players near it. the command can be
/datacompare exact(exact items, exact item slot locations, exact enchantments)/wildcard(as long as it has an item in it or specific enchant (specified), it runs the command) "item(wildcard only, specific enchants. has a following tag for illegal level or slot id)/ench(wildcard only, specific enchants. has a following tag for illegal level or slot id)/hand(compares chests and inventories to the item or shulker box in your hand)/json(uses json item data for comparing)/hnbt(uses the horion nbt method for comparing)/tnbt(uses the toolbox nbt method for comparing)/ench(specific enchants or enchants level, also has a size determiner, like ench specific sharpness 10+ or ench level 10+), hand/json/hnbt/tnbt/ench (allows adding multiple comparing items in one command)" command
example, /datacompare wildcard ench illegal
or /datacompare wildcard "hnbt (horion nbt text here)", "tnbt (toolbox nbt text here)" tag @s(its like the execute command) add banned  
i know there is a lot to it, maybe too much, but all servers need this, i promise you its worth it.
