classicCombat gamerule

Personally, I quite like the 1.9 combat and feel like it's a better combat system at least for a normal player for PvE. However, it is clear that the update made a lot of PvP players unhappy with this new fighting mechanics. I thought it would be nice if it was possible, instead of revamping the combat system again, what if you add an option for us to choose if we want the new or classic combat. I think it will be good as a combat like "/gamerule classicCombat [true/false]". I'm not sure if that means sword blocking will also be reverted with the command, probably not since shields exist.
