Building villager

Hi, I hope that this feedback is seen. What I want that minecraft add is a new type of villager a one that sells building e.g A house because it will be more useful. Then to build the house the villager itself will do it maybe with other villager and to show where to build it we will get a tool e.g a shovel then will mark where we want the center of building to be.
