upside down end loot

Rock formations that would spawn on the bottom of end islands about as rarely as end cities, could be accessed by flying with elytra or by mining down but you could not tell from the surface where loot would be. 1-2 double chests with end city loot and phantom membrane + new items? Hard to spot unless flying underneath end islands.
