Better Enchantment modifications

Minecraft dungeons enchantments need some work. It would be good to have a preview option so you can swap them around on an item to see the overall effect before clicking a confirm button.

A merchant that sells and can separate items and enchantments would be good as well. It's a bummer to get a drop from a mob only to find it's attached to a bad enchantment or a bad item.

This would help players find creative uses for enchantments and items without getting upset when clicking the wrong button.
