The Pawner Villager

The Pawner Villager.

This would be a special villager type, that sees uses, for the useless. He wouldn't care for anything that could have a use. He would buy off items that just use up storage in your homes. But he wouldn't trade to much valuable stuff either. It would be like trading 3 poisonous potatoes for a few regular potatoes. For people starting a new world, It would e good for a little extra help. In the late game, If people go out of their way to get these items, they can be rewarded with a few extra bonuses. You could also add a 1/10 chance for them to sell a valuable item for their level 5 trade. Like if its level 5 trade was Mundane potion for gold. (You could also give him the gimmick of having his level 5 trade changed every in game day)

You can trade him: Dead bushes, Poisonous Potatoes, Mundane/Thick potions, Tropical fish, clocks, dead coral, fire charges, rabbit hides, etc. (Also emeralds)

He would trade you: Potatoes, clocks, pots and bundles (When they come out)

His level 5 trades could be: 

BAD: Leather armour, Wooden and stone tools

GOOD: Redstone stuff (Pistons, Repeaters), Copper, iron tools

GREAT: Emeralds, Tridents, Raw Gold, Amethysts

He would be the villager to go to get rid of the useless items in your inventory

(Also, can you make the ability for cartographers to trade or be traded spyglasses)
