When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Mute Block

This block would mute a 5 by 5 area so every thing in that area would get muted like the pistons or a minecart on railroad tracks

    this would be very helpful with wardens if passing one on railway with mute block 2 blocks away they would not hear the player passing voted

    Wool. If blocks of wool block vibrations for the sensors, then they can (in theory) be soundproofing. But I think it can become resource-consuming for computers.
