Wandering Trader Profession: Swashbuckler

There should be various Wandering Trader professions unique to this merchant (rather than the other villagers).

The Swashbuckler is a water-based merchant. They swim around in a boat, that they have full control of. The Drowned try to hunt them, but they just sail away. They could use boat chests and could sell treasure maps, prismarine, even hearts of the sea if you get really lucky. The trades are fixed so if you like them, well, you're not going to capture him, he simple sails away as soon as you hit his boat.
