I though of an Idea of an Overworld Boss type mob that I currently dub the Ancient Behemoth. What was once a powerful creature similar to that of the Iron golem has now been deactivated and partially consumed by the land. If you are able to reactivate it, simply by right clicking it with a redstone block, it will proceed to move slowly towards you and any type of mob in its path and eliminate it, except villagers. This machines power is similar to that of an iron golem, and it can also break through most blocks. Upon death, it will drop tons of redstone, some copper, and a special item, which can be used to make another one. This is done by using copper and the special item in a similar way to making an iron golem. Upon doing this, you get a deactivated version of this mob, which will require not only a redstone block, but some additional redstone dust.
