The Engineer villager could use a block of Redstone or maybe a comparator for its profession block, or maybe something else entirely. They could sell redstone circuitry, including Redstone ore, since it can be used in observer based Redstone machines. They can also sell copper enhanced Redstone, talked more about in another post of mine. They wear a welding mask over their face, of course with a bolted-on nose plate. They have Redstone dust covering their apron and shoes.
