Village clock tower.

Each Village should have a "Clock tower". The bell would ring every Minecraft day. The clock tower should be 23 blocks tall and 5 blocks wide each side. If a Village won a raid, the bell would ring 5x, which means victory. A Villager called the "Bell ringer" Would ring the bell.
