The Nether fortress it the OG Nether structure, but it feels a little dated. What if the Fortress could camouflage itself better depending on the environment.
Crimson and Warped forests would have red and blue Nether Bricks, with vines and fungi hanging from the sides. It could have an abandoned feel, as if the plants overran the original creators and they had to flee. The Warped Forest could take it a step further by adding floating chunks torn off and lifted by giant mutant mushrooms, or rather the chunks are floating away and the mushrooms are keeping it anchored.
The Soulsand Valley would have one carved out of bones and held together by a brown Nether Bricks. The pillars are shaped like jagged teeth and ribs act like armoured guards around the long hallways. The Blaze are extremely aggressive in this biome. Being born out of fire and ash, I imagine all the soul energy has greatly affected them.
The Basalt Deltas will feature layers of radioactive ash and soot covering every surface. Part have been shattered beyond recognition by all of the volcanic eruptions around. Magma "walk" the halls, rather than the Wither Skeletons. It will be built out of grey Nether Brick, however it is unclear if this was intentionally designed, or a mutation of the blocks themselves.
The OG biome, Nether Wastes should feature the most OG looking design for the Nether Fortress. Of course with some Piglin posters, rooms of gold and some other small touch ups, this design should stay pretty simple.
