(Java Parity) /locatebiome command for Bedrock

I think that the /locatebiome command should be ported over to bedrock, as it is very useful whenever I play in Minecraft: Java Edition. Also, if possible, you could also make extra commands for locating different things. /locateplayer, /locatemob etc. and change the existing /locate command to /locatestructure.
