New Creeper Variant: Chiller

I heard that there were meant to be blue creepers for one of Minecraft Dungeon's DLCs. I'm making multiple Creeper variants, each with a different element. The Chiller is obviously an ice variant. They have Frost Walker by default and therefore can walk over water. They also slide on every block and slide twice as much on ice variants. The Chiller can be found exclusively in the Ice Spikes biome, maybe the giant ice spikes came from ancient, Chiller Giants? They explode on death, but they won't grief the world, instead leaving frozen dripstone and snow on every surface around them.
