Chunk that are not modified should be deleted after certain time

When you have a world that you've been playing for more than 1 year, it gets huge and if the chunk is already loaded doesn't show any new changes with any updates. after some time the chunk which is not modified by the player like the block is not broken or placed then that chunk gets deleted so that the size of the game file will be small. At the same time, when there are new updates, you can also find a new place near your base and do not have to go too far to explore.

    What if you come back to if eventually and find that all you stuff is gone?
