Transfer name

Lots of peoble got blocked because of wanting to sell their ogname account, and this is my idea. If they want to get the name, why dont create a button to transfer name to someone, so there whouldn't be any problem of illegal selling accounts, because are just selling the name.

They can sell their valuable names, Mojang doesn't lose buyers(because both have to have an account), and all is a win-win.
