[item]_in_hand.json support for all models/item models.

I'd love to just be able to change an item's model, while in the player's inventory only, to the minecraft:item/generated model but have the item model still maintain its 3D form while being held in the player's hand. The Trident already accomplishes this, and it looks phenomenal, so why can't this be done with other items? Please consider adding this to the game, it would really increase the amount of customization that Resource Pack creators are offered.
