A /createitem command

The /createitem command should have the following attributes: /createitem (category) set as (creation of the item) at (coords) and /createitem (category) set at (coords) as (creation of the item) and finally, /createitem remove (name of item) to remove it.

    Do you mean to summon an item entity? If so, this can be done with /summon item ~ ~ ~ {Item:{id:"minecraft:stone",Count:1}} Interchange "minecraft:stone" with whatever item you want to summon.
