Crypts:
These appear in Snowy Slopes or higher. They are structures that are similar to Dungeons. These are made out of Cobblestone, Mossy Cobblestone, and some Polished Andesite (detail).
The entrance will be found above-ground that leads downwards. 8-12 blocks downward, it reveals 2 hallways (3 blocks wide) branching to the left and right. The hallways have some small arrow traps, which are somewhat easy to avoid (if you know what you're doing) and are activated by pressure plates or tripwire hooks, as well as some cobwebs.
At the end of these hallways (which is not that far down) have a room which is blocked off by Iron Bars. The rooms are 9x9 blocks wide, with a 4 block high ceiling. In these rooms has one chest in the middle and a Stray Spawner on the ceiling, connected with a chain.
Treasure
The "Junk Items" may include: Bones, Gunpowder, etc.
The "Treasure Items" may include: Diamonds, Iron & Gold Ingots, Enchanted Book, Arrows, etc.
There's also an item called the Frost Opal, which is the main reason to visit this structure in the first place. 2-3 of these appear here. You can upgrade Diamond Armor/Tools with these. It reduces Freezing Damage by 20% (per armor), reduces Slowness by 15% (per armor), gives the item 80-200 more durability, and gives hit targets the Freezing Effect for 8 seconds. This item is meant to equal up with Netherite and it gives the Smithing Table more uses.
The names "Frost Opal" and "Crypts" are a concept. The Treasures are concepts as well.
