Dragon dimension/Civilization

Origin dimension of the ender dragon (possible dragon civilization?) possibly similar to Piglins that don't respect/trust you unless you are wearing a specific kind of armor or perhaps the ender dragon head who you can trade with for cool dragon artefacts or resources.
