Stop pillager patrols spawning within a radius of a pillager banner

pillager patrols constantly spawn at your base and interrupt your building, i feel like there should be a new block or a repurposed old block, such as having a pillager banner placed down that would ‘scare them off’, that will stop them spawning within a certain radius.
