Potion swirl animations omitted in creative mode

In creative mode, many people can make spectacular builds and will want to show them to the world, and some builds need to be seen and shown off while using the night vision, or another effect, but the view of the build is often annoyingly obstructed by the swirl animations that the effect gives off. This can be very annoying. In order to combat this issue, there should be an option in the settings that allows you to omit these, but only if the game mode is set to creative, so that PVP is not changed by omitting, say, a strength effect. When turning this setting on, all effect animations will be removed from play, thus letting the player show off their creations without the annoyance of random blobs of color blocking their view. I believe this is a much needed feature that will be very useful and convenient. PLEASE USE THIS IDEA, MOJANG!
