Basically, a slider could be added to the sound options menu, which is titled "Music Frequency". There would be about 3 options: Default (the current music frequency of playing a song at random intervals); Increased (plays a song at a set interval of every 5-7 minutes); and Loop (like the music was in the legacy console edition, where the songs are essentially a playlist on shuffle and music plays constantly). I think that for the people who like the music, this would be a great option. And for the people who don't like the music, the default option is there to play it less frequently.
