Move Settings UI Back to it's Original Spot

On mobile the Achievements button in the Pause Menu is in the place where the Settings button used to be. I think that the Achievements should be another button under the Settings before Save and Quit. I also think that Achievements could be moved under Settings and above Marketplace in the Start Menu.
